Estate Planning & Probate:

1. Arizona Estate Plan Preparation Service - $1,500 for our Family Protection Plan that includes Wills, financial Powers of Attorney, healthcare Powers of Attorney (for parents and minors), Living Wills and many other documents and services.  Add a revocable living Trust for $1,000 (nontaxable estate) or $2,000 (taxable estate and a married couple).  Click on the links above for detailed descriptions of the documents and services we provide for a fixed fee when you hire us to prepare your estate plan.

2. A La Cart^tm Basic Estate Plan Document Preparation Service - For people who do not want everything that is included in our comprehensive estate plan packages, use our A La Cart custom document preparation service and purchase custom attorney prepared documents a la cart.

3. Arizona Beneficiary Deed Preparation Service - $195.  Use this deed to leave Arizona real property to loved ones and avoid probate.  To hire Arizona real estate lawyer Richard Keyt to prepare an Arizona Beneficiary Deed for $195, complete the short Arizona Beneficiary Deed Preparation Service Agreement.

6. Buy-Sell Agreement Preparation Service - $997 for a two member LLC, $1,497 for a three member LLC & $1,997 for an LLC with four or more members.  See “Why Multi-Member LLCs Need a Buy-Sell Agreement” and our 200+ question Buy-Sell Questionnaire that is required to prepare the Agreement.  Members have a short window of time after forming a new LLC to plan for a possible future departure of a member.  Most LLCs that fail to adopt a Buy-Sell Agreement when the company is formed never adopt one.  Without a Buy-Sell Agreement, there is no easy way for members to part and go their separate ways when they need an LLC “divorce.”  A Buy-Sell Agreement can save members a lot of legal fees and emotional trauma in the event of the death, disability, bankruptcy, termination of employment, divorce (when the wrong spouse obtains the membership interest), expulsion after a default under the Operating Agreement, retirement of a member or other triggering event.  We charge $997 for a two member LLC plus $500 for each additional member up to a maximum of $1,997.  Spouses are considered one member.  The fee includes 1 hour of attorney time per member (up to 4 hours) conferring with members, modifying the agreement and drafting custom provisions.  Few of our LLCs exceed the allotted attorney time to finalize their Buy-Sell Agreement.  We will bill the LLC for any excess attorney time at the attorney’s standard hourly rate. 

7. LLC Change of Member Documentation Service - Preparation of documents to evidence adding or deleting a member or changing member's percentage interests.  We charge $195 each for an Assignment of Membership Interest Agreement, Amendment to the Articles of Organization and Amendment to the Operating Agreement and $100 for Resolutions of the members approving the transfer, but you can purchase all four of these documents at once in a package for $485, a $200 saving off the individual document price.  See the Transfer of LLC Interest Agreement.

8. 12. Application For Registration of Foreign Limited Liability Company Document Preparation Service - $295 plus the $185 expedited filing fee

13. Statutory Agent / Known Place of Business Service - $99 & $100 a year

14. Terminate an Arizona LLC - $397 plus $70 for the expedited filing fee.
