You or a member of your LLC should have received a pdf version of a Buy Sell Agreement prepared for your LLC if you paid an additional amount for the document.  If you have not already done so make sure that all members of the LLC are given a copy of the pdf file that contains the Buy Sell Agreement.  Ask all members to review the proposed agreement and discuss potential modifications.

Next one of the members should complete this modification questionnaire. If you don’t have time to finish the questionnaire in one sitting, click on the “Save and Continue” link at the end of the questionnaire to get a link you can use to save your work and return later to finish.
