Sequence of LLC Formation Events

Here is what will happen after you submit your formation questionnaire, pay your fee and approve your formation questionnaire:

• After you click on the Submit icon at the end of the questionnaire we will send an email message to the email address you entered at the end of the questionnaire.  This message will contain all the information you entered into your LLC Formation Questionnaire.  If the message is not in your inbox then check your spam folder.  If you can’t find the formation questionnaire, send an email to amanda@keytlaw.com.

• Double check the information you entered into the Questionnaire. If the Questionnaire contains any errors or omits any information, click the Reply button and send an email message to LLC legal assistant Amanda Duran whose email address is amanda@keytlaw.com and give us the correct and/or missing information.

• If everything in the LLC formation questionnaire is correct then reply to our email and tell us all information is correct.  If you want to change anything in the questionnaire reply to the message and tell us what you want to change.  We will not form the LLC or PLLC until you confirm the information in the questionnaire is correct or you tell us what needs to be changed.

• If we have any questions about your LLC Formation Questionnaire or find a problem we will contact the person named as the contact person in the Questionnaire.

• We will file the LLC’s Articles of Organization with the Arizona Corporation Commission the same day: (1) we are paid in full, and (2) you send me an email message that confirms all information in the Questionnaire is correct or that tells me any corrections you want to make.  If payment and approval is too late in the day we will form the LLC the next day.

• Your LLC will be born and can begin conducting business on the day we file its Articles of Organization with the Arizona Corporation Commission.  On that day we will email to the LLC’s contact person a copy of the Articles of Organization with the ACC’s filed date on it.  You will need this document to open the LLC’s bank account.

• Silver & Gold LLC Packages: Two or three business days after we file the Articles of Organization we will mail to the contact person the LLC’s portfolio with all of the LLC’s documents organized behind tabs.  Keep this portfolio in a safe place.  Bronze LLC package purchasers do not get an LLC portfolio.

• Bronze LLC Packages that Pay Additional for Our EIN Service and all Silver & Gold LLC Packages:  Check you email inbox and spam folder for messages from me.  We will send you several messages that explain what you must do for us to get the LLC’s employer ID number (EIN) from the IRS.  Follow the instructions in these emails.

• If any member purchased a Confidential Trust, we will email to that person his or her Confidential Trust within three business days of the date we were hired.  If you or a member of your LLC does not get his or her Confidential Trust that person should send an email message to our legal assistant Amanda Duran at  whose email address is amanda@keytlaw.com or call her at 480-664-7846.

• If your LLC purchased a Buy Sell Agreement, we will email the Buy Sell Agreement to the contact person within three – five business days after the LLC is formed.  If the contact person does not get the Buy Sell Agreement he or she should notify Richard C. Keyt at rck@keytlaw.com.
