If the company is manager managed it must file an Amendment to its Articles of Organization if there is an addition or removal of any member who owned or will own 20% or more of the profits of the company. If the company is manager managed and any manager is added or removed the company needs to amend its Articles of Organization to reflect the change. This trust can keep the ultimate owner's name off the Arizona Corporation Commission's website if the name of the trust does not contain the ultimate owner's name. LLC Beneficiary Designation.
