A man associated with Redflex, the company that operates Phoenix area speed cameras, filed a petition with the Arizona Supreme Court on January 8, 2010, asking the court to change the method used to serve speed camera tickets on people. The goal of the petition is to make service of tickets easier so that the government collects more money.
