KEYTLaw, LLC, will form an LLC owned by an IRA or a retirement plan for $1,997. Here’s what you will get: (1) unlimited telephone calls with an IRA LLC attorney before and after formation for as long as you own the company, (2) preparation and filing of the Articles of Organization with the Arizona Corporation Commission and same day approval, (3) approved Articles of Organization emailed to you as a PDF, (4) we get the LLC’s federal employer identification number (EIN), (5) you get our 170+ page Arizona LLC Operations Manual eBook that has the answers to questions people commonly ask after forming an LLC, (6) a custom Operating Agreement with IRA LLC specific text the member and manager can sign digitally via DocuSign, (7) we act as the LLC’s statutory agent – our fee after the first year is $99 a year, but you can change the LLC’s statutory agent at any time, (8) organizational resolutions of the member authorizing issuance of the membership interest to the custodian and appointing you as manager, (9) a membership certificate evidencing the IRA's ownership of the company, (10) copies of the IRS statutes and regulations that apply to IRA LLCs, (11) our article called Self-Directed IRA LLC Prohibited Transactions, and (11) a three-ring binder containing all the documents organized behind labeled tabs.

KEYTLaw, LLC, Address Service: Arizona LLC law requires that all LLCs formed in Arizona have an Arizona address, which can be a business or home address or a UPS mailbox address. The address cannot be a U.S. Post Office box. If you do not have an address in Arizona for the LLC then check the box to the left to purchase KEYTLaw’s address service for $100/year payable in advance. Do not tell the IRA custodian, Arizona Department of Revenue, tenants, property managers or anybody else to send correspondence to KEYTLaw’s address. Tell people to send correspondence where you want to receive the correspondence. If we receive correspondence for the company we charge the company a $35 handling fee plus the cost of postage to mail the correspondence to the company.

The entire amount you pay KEYTLaw, LLC, for fees and costs is nonrefundable, but you may nevertheless discharge KEYTLaw, LLC, and your KEYTLaw, LLC, attorney at any time and in that event you may be entitled to a refund of all or part of the fee based upon the value of the representation.
