Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard Remembers His Oath of Office & Now Tells Feds He Will Defend Arizona’s Immigration Law if U.S. Sues to Overturn It

Here is today’s multiple choice question.  After refusing to defend Arizona’s immigration law from numerous lawsuits that seek to overturn the law, why did Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard warn tell the U.S. Justice Department today that if the U.S. sues to overturn Arizona’s immigration law, he will defend it:
