Arizona Republic:  “Maricopa County Supervisors Don Stapley and Mary Rose Wilcox stood before a Pima County judge Monday to enter not-guilty pleas to criminal charges.   Stapley is charged with 22 felony counts of fraud, theft, perjury and forgery related to funds he raised to run for an office of a national association.  Prosecutors say he misused some of the funds.”
