{"id":7598,"date":"2015-10-18T15:03:44","date_gmt":"2015-10-18T22:03:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.keytlaw.com\/azllclaw\/?p=7598"},"modified":"2017-08-25T14:54:40","modified_gmt":"2017-08-25T21:54:40","slug":"cloud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.keytlaw.com\/azllclaw\/2015\/10\/cloud\/","title":{"rendered":"KEYTLaw Formed LLC&#8217;s Documents Stored in the Cloud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We are proud to announce that when Richard Keyt forms a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keytlaw.com\/azllclaw\/forming-llcs\/llc-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Silver or Gold LLC<\/a> KEYTLaw will upload and save all of the LLC&#8217;s documents to a secure folder in the cloud hosted by the Citrix\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sharefile.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ShareFile<\/a> service. \u00a0We are very excited to offer this new service that has the following features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">We send an email message to all LLC members notifying them that their LLC&#8217;s documents have been saved in the LLC&#8217;s ShareFile folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>When the member clicks on the link in the Welcome email the member is taken to a ShareFile page that tells the member ShareFile sent the member an email message that contains an access code. \u00a0The member is asked to check his or her inbox, copy the access code in the follow up email and paste the access code on the ShareFile web page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">When the member inserts the access code and clicks on the login button the member is taken to a secure web page on which the member enters a password, a confirmation of the password, first name and last name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">When the member saves the information the member is taken to a ShareFile folder in which all of the LLC&#8217;s documents are saved in Adobe .pdf format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>When logged in to the LLC&#8217;s ShareFile folder the member can: (1) download a document, (2) copy a document, (3) upload documents, and (4) share a file with another person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ShareFile Security<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ShareFile is a state of the art secure online document storage service. \u00a0ShareFile&#8217;s security features include the following:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Data Protection During File Transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>File transfer<\/strong>: ShareFile employs SSL\/TLS protocols to protect client authentication, authorization and file transfers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>High-grade encryption<\/strong>: ShareFile secures files in transit with no less than 128-bit encryption using industry-standard encryption protocols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>File integrity<\/strong>: ShareFile employs a keyed hashed message authentication code (HMAC) to authenticate and ensure the integrity of intra-system communications. ShareFile verifies file size and file hash to ensure integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Link generation<\/strong>: ShareFile download links are uniquely and randomly generated using strong hash-based message authentication codes. ShareFile provides technical countermeasures to protect links from guessing attacks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Data Protection During Storage<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Datacenters<\/strong>: ShareFile uses SSAE 16 Type II accredited or ISO 27001 certified datacenters to host the SaaS application and metadata.
