Question<\/strong>:\u00a0 I know that all LLCs formed in Arizona must file Articles of Organization with the Arizona Corporation Commission in which the LLC notifies the ACC of its known place of business in Arizona.\u00a0 Can the LLC’s address be a U.S. post office box?<\/p>\n
