The Arizona Corporation Commission’s LLC services are much better than after it adopted its new software system on May 20, 2018.\u00a0 See “Arizona Corporation Commission\u2019s New Database System Sucks<\/a>.”\u00a0 The ACC continues to make far too many errors when it reviews Articles of Organization and other LLC filings, but it is making fewer errors than in the past.\u00a0 The time to review new expedited filings has decreased significantly.<\/p>\n
