{"id":684,"date":"2011-05-31T15:23:11","date_gmt":"2011-05-31T22:23:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.keytlaw.com\/azllclaw\/?page_id=684"},"modified":"2017-02-26T23:38:33","modified_gmt":"2017-02-27T06:38:33","slug":"ars-section-29-841","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.keytlaw.com\/azllclaw\/arizona-llc-statutes\/article-11\/ars-section-29-841\/","title":{"rendered":"ARS \u00a7 29-841 Definitions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">1. &#8220;Board&#8221; means the officer, agency, court or other authority in this state empowered by law to license or otherwise authorize the rendition of a professional service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">2. &#8220;License&#8221; means a license, a certificate of registration or any other evidence of the satisfaction of the requirements of a board for the practice of a professional service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">3. &#8220;Licensed person&#8221; means an individual who is duly licensed by at least one board to provide at least one of the categories of professional service rendered by the professional limited liability company.
