If a plan is approved as provided by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keytlaw.com\/azllclaw\/arizona-llc-statutes\/article-7\/ars-section-29-753\" target=\"_blank\">section 29-753<\/a>, a domestic limited liability company may be a party to or otherwise undertake a transaction by adopting a plan and otherwise complying with this article and:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/arsDetail\/?title=29\" target=\"_blank\">Chapter 6<\/a>, article 2 of this title for a merger.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/arsDetail\/?title=29\" target=\"_blank\">Chapter 6<\/a>, article 3 of this title for an interest exchange.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/arsDetail\/?title=29\" target=\"_blank\">Chapter 6<\/a>, article 4 of this title for a conversion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/arsDetail\/?title=29\" target=\"_blank\">Chapter 6<\/a>, article 5 of this title for a domestication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">5. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/arsDetail\/?title=29\" target=\"_blank\">Chapter 6<\/a>, article 6 of this title for a division.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B. The effective time and date of the transaction are as provided in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/arsDetail\/?title=29\" target=\"_blank\">Chapter 6<\/a> of this title. Except as expressly set forth in this article, the procedures regarding the effect of and all other aspects of the transaction are governed by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/arsDetail\/?title=29\" target=\"_blank\">Chapter 6<\/a> of this title.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C.
