KEYTLaw Websites

The KEYTLaw, LLC, law firm and its attorneys want to help people learn about and understand the areas of law practiced by the firm’s attorneys.  We believe that the best way for us to accomplish this goal is to create websites that contain useful information about the law and legal issues.  Here is the list of the KEYTLaw websites:

  • KEYTLaw – This is our home base website.  It contains information about the KEYTLaw law firm, its attorneys and staff, office location, links to our other websites and links to our old html website created before we switched to WordPress in 2009.
  • Arizona LLC Quick Start Guide – LLC attorney Richard Keyt’s 170+ page online book about how to operate and Arizona LLC and comply with Arizona LLC law.  Chapter 3 contains a list of 30+ tasks every new LLC should accomplish in its first 75 days of life.
  • IRA Limited Liability Company Law – How to make self directed investments of your IRA and retirement account funds using an LLC that gives you checkbook control and the ability to manage how your IRA funds will be invested in nontraditional assets.
  • Arizona Corporations - Information and articles about forming and operating for profit and nonprofit corporations.  We also prepare and file IRS Form 1023, the application for tax exempt status for nonprofit corporations that want to be a charitable organization exempt from federal income tax.
  • KEYTLaw Law Blog – A compilation of current events and articles related to local, state and national legal issues.  Our attorneys create blog posts on legal topics they find interesting and link to the sources else where on the net.
  • Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning – This website explains what you must do to protect your most valuable asset – your family – in the event of your death or incapacity.  Do not leave your family unprotected.
  • Arizona Probate Law – This site explains the Arizona probate process and the small estate exemptions for estates of personal property under $50,000 and estates of real property under $75,000.
  • Arizona Real Estate Law – Information and articles about buying, selling and leasing Arizona real property of all types, including articles about Arizona’s anti-deficiency laws and obligations of borrowers who default on loans secured by Arizona real property.
  • Arizona Landlord Tenant Law – KEYTLaw attorney Norman Keyt’s website about Arizona’s landlord tenant law and the legal services offered to commercial and residential landlords, including evictions and lawsuits to collect judgments from tenants.
