Free Arizona Estate Planning Seminars

Estate planning is a subject that is complex and it can be overwhelming, which is why Arizona estate planning attorney Richard Keyt presents free 1.5 hour seminars each month in central Phoenix. The seminar is an introduction to estate planning called "Family Protection & Peace of Mind." Rick explains in English (not legalese) why everybody who has loved ones (regardless of the value of their estate) needs a good estate plan, especially people who have minor children or substantial assets. Learn about the rich and famous (including Anna Nicole Smith) Rick uses as examples of estate planning disasters.

If you would like to attend one of Richard Keyt's free estate planning seminars, call our reservation line at 800-921-6856. Our customer service representative will take your reservation 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Location

Our free seminars are open to the public and are held at the Sheraton Crescent Hotel located at 2620 West Dunlap, Phoenix, Arizona, which is on the northeast corner of Dunlap Avenue and Interstate 17 in central Phoenix. If you are on Interstate 17, exit at Dunlap Avenue.

Free Consultation & Discount Offered All Seminar Attendees

If you attend one of our estate planning seminars, we will offer you the following bonuses at the end of the seminar:

	Free Consultation: A free one hour no obligation consultation with Rick Keyt to discuss and design your estate plan. If you are married, both spouses must attend the consultation.
	Discount Certificate: A certificate for a $300 discount off the total cost of your estate plan.

Complete Our Estate Plan Questionnaire for Your Consultation

Before you come to our office for your free consultation, you must complete the appropriate online Estate Planning Questionnaire for a single person or a married couple. The Questionnaire will start you thinking about your estate plan and asks questions that you must answer before we can prepare your estate plan. You can complete the Questionnaire in 15 - 20 minutes. 	IRA Inheritance Trust^tm: What is it and how it can save your loved ones hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars. This new type of trust was first authorized by the IRS in 2005. It's sole purpose is to receive distributions from IRA, 401(k) and other retirement accounts. The IRA Inheritance Trust^tm allows funds held in these retirement accounts to be paid ("stretched out") to an individual trust created for each beneficiary of the retirement account over each beneficiary's life so that the assets can grow tax free while in the IRA or retirement account. The IRA Inheritance Trust^tm can also provide asset protection on funds distributed from the account to the trust.

You know exactly how much your estate plan will cost before you agree to go forward.
	Hiring Rick Keyt to Prepare Your Estate Plan: If you decide to purchase an estate plan at the end of your initial consultation, you may sign an engagement agreement that states exactly what Rick Keyt will do and exactly how much you will pay. Our policy for estate plans is to get one half of the cost of the estate plan at the time you sign the engagement agreement and the balance when you sign your estate planning documents.
