Bike Police Cite Drunken Bicycler for BUI – Biking Under the Influence

Oregon Live.com reports that the Oregon State Police, also known as the bike police, found an unconscious man laying on a public highway near his crashed bicycle.  The bike police cited him for driving a bike under the influence of alcohol or BUI.
