Here we are 2 years since Prop. 203 passed as per the will of the voters and a Az. State Rep. wants to repeal the law. Although everything that the naysayers originally stated has been inaccurate this moron wants to repeal the will of the voters. The first year provided the State with approx. $5,200,000. in profits realized on approx. $7,600,000. in Gross Revenues. Arguably the most profitable and perhaps the only PROFITABLE branch of the State's government. Wake up you self righteous hypocrits. All of the bad things that you idiots predicted would happen, HAVEN't. Instead of trying to jam your morals down our throats why don't you find a way to capitalize on the opportunity. If this individual continues wasting the tax payers monies on an effort to impose his morals on the voters then shame on him. I tell you what Kavanaugh why don't we draft a proposed piece of legislation that says if the people of Arizona disagree with your idea to repeal Prop. 203 then we legalize marijuana completely. In other words if you are wrong, AGAIN, we go the route of Washington State or Colorado. Kind of like all or nothing. If you're so sure of yourself then let's make it interesting.

What Arizona drivers don't need at all is electronic billboards. Ugly and distracting. And ugly.

Thankfully the church folded and they moved to another location. The church is up for sale and for the past year everything has been peaceful and quiet. I contacted the church while it was still in operation and they claimed they had no bells. I could not believe this religious person would lie right to my face even those I can hear the bells ringing from the church. No matter, they are gone. Nothing wrong with worshiping fables and myths; just do it without interfering on the rights of others.

Wow! This is a horrible problem for these young attorneys. It seems like they have been duped. The legal market place just cannot handle the glut. I often was amazed at how the City of Philadelphia could have over 15,000 lawyers. Most lawyers that I know speak about some very bad times over the last few years and apparently this is only going to get worse for all attorneys, especially newly minted ones. Kids need to wise up and do their homework cause law is not where it is at today!

I also have an LLM in tax from the NYU graduate tax program. It has helped me along the way. However, it may be just as valuable and better financially to get with a big 3 accounting firm or a regional firm in their tax department. I did this and it provided invaluable experience and life long tools. It also would allow that attorney to also become a CPA. So by doing this you save the cost of an LLM, get great experience and set the stage for being a CPA. Being a CPA and attorney is a really strong combination. Something for your readers to think about, Richard.

Man those are really some scary statistics. I know in Philadelphia there is a glut of lawyers and it is impossible to find jobs. Sounds like a very bad investment to go to law school these days. It also is a function of many smart kids graduating college and not getting a good or challenging job and then going to law school for lack of anything better to do. By the way where are the parents when all this is happening? Should there not be some investigating, exploration and getting information BEFORE making a bad financial investment?
