Washington, Utah and New Mexico do not check citizenship before issuing a drivers license.  Given that a drivers license is one form if ID that can prove lawful presence in the U.S., guess where illegal immigrants are going to get drivers licenses.  That’s right – Washington, Utah and New Mexico.
