Arizona Republic: “East Valley Justice of the Peace John Ore signed the 11 search warrants that furthered criminal investigations of county Supervisors Mary Rose Wilcox and Don Stapley. Those cases crumbled Feb. 24 after a judge ruled Thomas had conflicts of interest in the Wilcox case and that he brought the case in retaliation.”
