Arizona Republic: “Three politically explosive criminal cases against Maricopa County officials collapsed Wednesday after a judge ruled that County Attorney Andrew Thomas had a conflict of interest. A Pima County Superior Court judge disqualified Thomas from prosecuting County Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox and tossed out a 42-count indictment against her.”
