Arizona Business Gazette:  “A federal appeals court has reinstated a shareholder lawsuit against Scottsdale-based Matrixx Initiatives on potential dangers linked to its popular Zicam gels and swabs cold remedies.  In a unanimous ruling, a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said that District Judge Mary Murguia was wrong to throw out the lawsuit, filed in 2004.”
