_______________ Articles on LLC Formation
| You are here: Home Pay the Arizona Corporation Commission Filing Feeby Richard Keyt, Arizona business attorney Regular Filing Fee - $50When you submit your articles of organization, you must also pay the filing fee, which is $50. You can pay the fee with cash or your check. If you pay by check, make the check payable to the Arizona Corporation Commission. As of June of 2004, regular filing and review service is approximately four months. Expedited Filing Fee - $85You may also pay an extra $35 (for a total filing fee of $85) for expedited filing and review service. As of August 2004, expedited filing and review service is approximately two weeks. I recommend that you pay the $85 for expedited filing, which will cause the ACC to review your Articles of Organization within the shortest time period possible. If you do not pay the extra $35 it could take up to four months for the ACC to approve or reject your articles of organization. If the Arizona Corporation Commission rejects your filed Articles of Organization, it is better to know sooner rather than much much later. Another problem with using regular review service rather than the expedited review, is that regular review substantially reduces the time remaining to publish the Articles of Organization in a newspaper and deliver the Affidavit of Publication to the ACC. Approval Date is the Date FiledWhen the Arizona Corporation Commission approves the Articles of Organization, the date of approval reverts back to the date the Articles of Organization were filed.
