It goes without saying that you should make a copy of the Articles of Organization that you file with the Arizona Corporation Commission and retain the document in your company file. I recommend that you include instructions in your ACC Submission Cover Sheet asking the ACC to stamp its received stamp on one copy of the Articles of Organization and either give it to you at the time of filing (if you hand file the Articles of Organization) or mail it to you (if you file by mail). If you file by mail and request a stamped copy of the Articles, you should also enclose a pre-addressed letter with a stamp on it in which the ACC can mail your stamped copy of the Articles to you.
The main reason you want to obtain a stamped copy of the filed Articles of Organization is so you can open a bank account. Banks require a copy of your filed Articles of Organization to open a bank account in the name of the company. If you do not get a stamped copy of the Articles of Organization when you file the Articles, you will have to wait two weeks (expedited review to four months (normal review) before you get a copy of the filed Articles of Organization from the Arizona Corporation Commission.
