bulletLead-based Paint Disclosure - Rental - landlords of homes built before 1978 MUST complete this form, deliver it to the tenant(s) and have the tenant(s) sign it

Residential Resale Purchase Contract - fill in the blanks type form used by most Arizona realtors - includes seller disclosure requirements

Addendum - if you want to make changes or additions to the Residential Resale Purchase Contract use this Addendum and attach it to the RRPC.

Counter Offer - use this form to make a counter offer

Assumption / Carryback Addendum - use this form if the seller will loan money to the buyer(s)
