KEYTLaw's Arizona Business Purchase Document Preparation & Document Review ServicesArizona business lawyer Richard Keyt (practicing business law in Arizona since 1980) provides two levels of service for clients buying or selling an Arizona business. The services are (i) preparation of all purchase documents, and (ii) review of purchase documents prepared by another person. KEYTLaw's Business Purchase Document Preparation ServiceIf you are buying or selling an Arizona business, you should hire Arizona business law attorney Richard Keyt (practicing since 1980) to prepare all the legal documents necessary to document the transaction. For a low guaranteed fixed fee, we will prepare all the following documents customized to favor the buyer (if we represent the buyer) or the seller (if we represent the seller):
Each document is custom prepared by Richard Keyt specifically for the buyer's transaction. We prepare the above-referenced 12 documents for a fixed fee of $2,000 ($167/document). The fixed fee includes unlimited consultations and telephone calls at no additional charge up to the delivery of the first draft of all the documents. The fixed fee also includes up to two hours (at no charge) of additional time after delivery of the documents for conferences, negotiations with the other side and changes to the documents. Call Rick Keyt today at 602-906-4953 or email at rickkeyt@keytlaw.com and take the first step to protecting your valuable investment. KEYTLaw's Business Purchase Document Review ServiceIf you are considering buying a business and the purchase documents have been prepared, Arizona business lawyer Richard Keyt will review your purchase documents for a fixed fee of $2,500. This fixed fee service includes: (i) a review of all documents submitted (up to 30 pages total - additional pages are extra), (ii) an email or a letter summarizing the legal issues applicable to the documents and proposed transaction, (iv) unlimited consultations and telephone calls at no additional charge up to the delivery of the review letter, and (v) suggested changes to the documents, including additional provisions we recommend be added to the documents. You may note that my fixed fee to prepare the documents is less than my fee to review documents prepared by somebody else. My experience in representing buyers and sellers of businesses since 1980 is that I can prepare all of the documents from scratch easier than review documents prepared by somebody else. When I review somebody else's documents, I have more work to do than when I prepare the documents because I have to first read the other person's documents, revise and edit the documents and then create a review letter customized for the transaction. These are three very time consuming tasks that I do not have to do when I prepare the documents. Moral of the Story: It is easier for me and cheaper for you if I prepare all of the documents rather than review documents created by somebody else.
