Jeana has been practicing law in Arizona since 2001. She practices primarily in the areas of business law, real estate law (including consultations on Arizona’s foreclosure law and short sales), commercial transactions, domain and estate planning. Jeana represents individuals and businesses with respect to purchases, sales and leasing of commercial and residential real property and a variety of business legal matters such as contract preparation and review, business entity formation, domain name disputes, and general legal issues.
Jeana has substantial experience modifying limited liability company Operating Agreements and Buy Sell Agreements. When companies hire Richard Keyt and KEYTLaw to prepare or revise a Buy Sell Agreement Jeana meets with the owners to answer questions about the Buy Sell Agreement and modify the document per instructions from the owners.
