A large amount of info here on every segment estate and what might happen if not planned out right. But one area I don&#039;t see.  What if a person who dies has a will and only a few know that person never learned to read (he was 80) and 2 wills show up?  Happened in probate here and was part of it and glad the other side was a bad poker player.  So on that remember to have your wishes on what you want done as your final...never wait thinking that everyone will just follow your wishes...people change when you are no longer around. Do it right hire a lawyer for your planning]]></description>
