Phoenix, Arizona. The firm's attorneys are Richard
Keyt (licensed 1979), Charles Runyan (licensed

We also have four legal assistants. Jeana Morrissey and Richard Keyt are both business, real

and document business matters. We
also provide common legal services to people whether they have a business or
not. We can prepare and review virtually any type of
business related contract.
Here's a list of legal services and current associated fixed fees that we
offer:
1. Contracts: Jeana Morrissey and Richard Keyt
prepare and review contracts of all kinds such as employment agreements, consulting
agreements, independent contractor agreements, nondisclosure agreements,
noncompete agreements, intellectual property license agreements, confidentiality agreements and other common business
documents. Richard has prepared and reviewed thousands of contracts since
1980. Unless you have an unusual situation, we charge $350 to prepare a
business contract (we give it to you in Word format so you can modify it use it
again in the future) and $500 to review a business contract unless it is
unusually lengthy. If you have multiple contracts we will discount the total
depending how many are involved.
2. Intellectual Property:
Charles Runyan's practice focuses on patent preparation, prosecution, portfolio
management, and opinion work. Chuck has a Ph.D. in chemistry and
patent law experience with Exxon Mobil and
the national law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey.
He also prepares
trademark clearance opinions and trademark applications. Chuck
represents individuals and businesses, start-ups through large, multi-national

throughout the United States and worldwide. He practices
copyright law and
domain name law (cybersquatting cases).
